Hi friends! Today I’m playing in my sketchbook and creating a soft, peaceful landscape using watercolor, tempera sticks, and acrylic paint markers. I start with really loose shapes (no pressure, no details!) and slowly build things up with layers and texture, which makes this such an easy and relaxing mixed media art process. This exercise is perfect for beginners or anyone who just wants a relaxing creative session. If you’ve been curious about tempera sticks or looking for simple landscape ideas to try in your sketchbook, I hope this inspires you to grab your supplies and have some fun with it!
